Q. Where is your company located?
A.We are located in Los Angeles, California.

Q. Are your products guaranteed?
A.Yes, absolutely! If you're not happy - we're not happy. Just return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Check out the Information section using the navigation bars to the left for further details.

Q. What are your products made of?
A.All of our products are made from quality metals. The actual metal type depends on the FINISH that you are ordering. In the case of Polished Aluminum, the base metal is aluminum. In the case of Cast Iron and Rust, the base metal is iron. In all other cases (except where noted, i.e. glass, ceramic, mango wood, etc.) the base metal is solid brass. We NEVER use cheap white metal composition which eventually wear down and break.

Q. I'm buying a lot of knobs, can I get a discount?
No, unfortunately order size is not a factor in our pricing.

Q. Are you a REAL business, or just an internet business?
A.We're REAL - really! A lot of people are skeptical when it comes to online businesses. You don't need to worry about us! We've been around for years and have created a family of co-workers in that time. Our warehouse is in Los Angeles, where 25 or so employees (and our company dog, Lola!) spend a great deal of time designing, taking orders, pulling and packing and more!

Q. I don't want to order online - any alternatives?
A. We are no longer accepting orders on our toll-free line. If you would like to place an order - you must do so online, or you may use the order form provided with a catalog (available for purchase by clicking on the navigation bar to the left) for ordering by mail.

Q. Will the house numbers stand up in MY climate?
A.Regardless of your time zone, we've designed our house numbers to withstand the harshness of outdoor life from Bangor, Maine to San Diego, California (and everything in between).

Q. Do you sell to customers outside of the United States?
A.Yes, we will sell and ship merchandise and catalogs not only within the U.S. but also throughout Canada. Unfortunately, at this time we will not ship catalogs or merchandise to any other countries.

Q. Do you do any custom designs?
A. Sorry - nothing custom. Our selection of knobs, pulls, house numbers, bath ensembles, door knockers and more, is one of the largest on the Web. If you can't find it here -- are you sure you need it?

Q. What do you do with my email address and other information?

A.Yes - from coast to coast! We sell our line to over 5,000 stores nationwide including Home Depot Expo, Sears - The Great Indoors, Lowe's, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Ace Hardware, True Value Hardware, as well as hundreds of kitchen and bath showrooms nationwide.
